Product Features
- Through the SME Financing-i fund.
- Total financing – up to RM300,00 (sole prop/partnership).
- Total financing – up to RM2 million (Sdn Bhd).
- Financing term – up to 10 years.
- No collateral.
1) Copy of Directors’ IC.
2) Latest SSM corporate search document.
3) Company bank statement for six consecutive months.
4) Audited financial reports for 2 consecutive years audited and latest management report.
5) Tax declaration and receipts paid.
Docs property:
1) Property title & Sales and Purchase Agreement.
2) Loan letter of offer from current bank
.3) Latest loan statement for 6 months.
If any Supporting docs as backup liquidity:
1) Amanah Saham Bumiputera statement, Tabung Haji account Statement, dan Fixed deposit statement, if available.
2) Any tenancy agreements if available.
3) Other documents when deemed necessary.
Import & Export Financing
We will facilitate companies that involved in import and export activities in securing various import and export facilities from financial institutions up to RM10 million.

Contract Financing

- Financing term – up to 5 years.

Factoring Financing
We will facilitate companies to secure funds via a factoring financing based on invoices up to RM20 million.

Capital Expenditure Financing
We will facilitate companies to secure funds for its capital expenditure from eligible financial institutions.
